Basic Beliefs
The belief that there is only one God. ‘he begets no one, nor was he begotten.’

•I. Belief in the existence of the unseen(Angels)

•II. Belief in the books of which God is the author: the Torah, the Gospel(s), and the Quran

•III. Belief in the prophets, including Moses and Jesus. Mohammed is the last of the prophets.

•IV. Belief in the Day of Judgment

►Belief in the existence of God’s predestination

•One God: Allah. The name of God in Arabic. One can see the connection between one of the Hebrew names for God and the Arabic, Allah.
